I am sad to report that Lindsay let me down at my last appointment. She arrived 20 minutes late and when she started to dye my hair I noticed she was slurring a lot and seemed very off. I had a feeling that she might be intoxicated. This was not the Lindsay I had been used to. I was too nervous to say anything because I was afraid she might take offense and do something negative to my hair. Lindsey is the best! I had a hair appt. and she listened to exactly what I wanted to do and delivered perfectly. She is amazing at what she does and she's so awesome at communicating making you feel welcomed. I will definetly be coming back. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Excellent customer service.
Lindsey was so SO kind and did an incredible job with my hair, the interior is beautiful the place is very welcoming, Lindsey was so great about working with me to get exactly what i wanted and the prices are reasonable!! will DEFINITELY be back 10/10
Update review: I received a full refund. Lindsey opened up early to accommodate timing to be on set for the TV shoot at 10am. I wanted a hairstyle that would stay for a 4 hr TV shoot and look good on camera. I got some volume but the straight iron curls did not work and were limp right away. I kept scrunching my hair during breaks on set but the length would look weird on camera and have to keep adjusting. I was also concerned with the smell of alcohol and shakiness during the service.
