Dayana has been styling my eyebrows, shape and tint, and I absolutely am in love with the results. Her brow mapping is super precise and she explains what she is doing every step of the way. I have uneven eyebrows with a thin tail due to over tweezing (hello 1995!) Dayana brought symmetry to my face with perfect eyebrow results meant for my face. I am beyond thrilled with the results and go back every 3-4 weeks. I always leave with a big smile 😃
I didn't think my lash lift results could get worse but they did. I called to complain about the initial outcome looking funky and bent. The manager wanted me to come in again to have them done again. I could not come and it's a good thing I didn't because before I could even find the time, my lashes broke off. I can't think of a worse outcome and I have to question whether the person who performed the lift was even licensed. She kept asking another tech questions but not in English. Lash lift was over processed and they now look bent instead of curved.
