I don’t usually write bad reviews but this one really hurt my feelings. I was getting all 4 tires changed on my van and had made a previous appointment. I have children with me at all times. No big deal. I expected to wait awhile to get them done. After about 40 minutes I went up to the counter and asked if they were ready for me to pay. She explained to me that while changing my tires, they broke a stud and that they didn’t have enough time to replace it but that I would be fine driving on the 4 until I could take it to ano... read more
