I love my doctor but the hours are ridiculous and the phone is never answered. The clinic is open right now but I can't even access a voicemail for my doctor. Editing my review years later to state the same: I love my doctor but the office reception is horrendous. I've gone more than a week and multiple messages to reschedule an appointment with zero response. Does anyone know who is in charge or oversees the Wonderland South Medical Centre? We just had a terribly frustrating and extremely disappointing experience with the walk-in-clinic tonight and would like to speak to someone with decision making authority. Preferably someone who can explain the whys behind what happened, including why "protocol" overrode at minimum, common sense, and at maximum patient-centredness.
