Happy to have a family doctor in general and very happy with my doctor here.
So glad I found Dr. Kay. He is very kind and empathetic. Just the kind of doctor that I need.
My doctor, Dr Kay, is a really nice, knowledgeable, and efficient guy, but my issue is with the reception. They never pick up your calls. Worse still, they don't return calls, and you sometimes have to drive to their clinic to see if they've received your test results or if you need to discuss them with your doctor. And the wait time to see your doctor takes up to a month(I swear, I am not making this up). I moved here from another province, and all I can say is that the bar is so low around here.
Very disappointed with the receptionist’s behavior. We booked an in-person appointment for two people on November 7th at 4 PM. She confirmed it in person, and we even received an email showing both appointments were scheduled for that time. But when we arrived today, she said only one appointment was booked and asked us to reschedule the other. This was already our second visit to the doctor, and it was very frustrating. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
