There's a reason this place has over 40 ratings that are one or two star. I booked my appt online; when I went in they told me that Cindy went home. That was it. They didn't offer to call me and let me know my appt was cancelled. They weren't apologetic. The lack of communication for wasting my time was frustrating, but what bothered me was that Henry did not offer an apology, or offer for someone else to do the appointment, or even offer to reschedule. Henry is very sweet and talented at his work. I went once to this nail spa and loved it. Beautiful interior decor and a pleasant experience, service was great, price was reasonable too. Highly recommend!
I came in on Saturday to get my nails done for my wedding. I asked for a fill but needed tips on my middle finger and pointer finger. On Sunday, my pointer finger broke and i had to come back and get it fixed. and the fixed nail shape isn’t a match (see photo 1). on Friday, my wedding day, while picking up my dress, my middle finger nail breaks. in one week, 2 NEW nails breaking is unacceptable. another nail has also become irritated, red and swollen.
