I stopped coming here last summer because they were selling extremely old concentrates. I tried to give them another chance today, I mentioned I was having issues with pre rolls not smoking, and I was recommended a pre roll and guaranteed that it would smoke. Of course, it did not. When I went back to the store, the staff were incredibly unhelpful, refusing a refund and offering a 10% discount on a new pre roll.
