Always thought you guys were the best but you esp. deserve 5-stars for how kind you were to "Tony Hong" who complained in his review that the order he made at 5:55 pm "one snowy night" didn't arrive on time. What "Tony" left out is that last Sunday just happened to be Toronto's worst ever snow storm in over 100 years!?!? I mean, if your delivery guy had to make it through that storm to get to your order to your door when you're too afraid to step out of, he deserves a medal, not a 2-star review.
Prices are 20 to 40 dollars more on premium oz. Just down the street at any number of shops. Simply bare is not 240 on the oz or what ever you have it listed for.
I placed a order one snowy night worth 150. I chose because they were very close. Like 7 minutes away. After an hour I thought "well the weather is bad I give them a pass. About 15 min in I get the auto message telling me they are on the way. 30 minutes later I decide to call them and ask about the delay. They blame the weather and that they are down a driver and they will contact them and tell them to hurry. They one hour later they are still not here. Update #2: the next day I called the store and spoke with someone who blantanly lied and blamed a power outage. Then spoke with the store manager and he explained the situation that had occurred the previous night. I asked for a refund and was given it a couple of day after. The manager did seem very apologetic about the whole situation and did mention he will address all of the complaints.
