Hello, this is an update from my previous review. when I received a bad jar of product the owner of wonderful beautiful supply company called me and wanted to know what happened ,we found out the product was in a returned box items in the back room that her new assistant did not know about . She was very apologetic. I appreciate her concern for her customers they refund my money and said I could come in and pick another item also for free.
Hello, yes I went to another beauty supply place before I came here and they didn’t even greet me with a hello, I guess when you become expanded in the business, you don’t have to speak to your customers . but when I went to wonderful beauty supply, I was greeted what a Hello and her presence on what I needed
