Mimi and her team are professional, efficient and responsive. As new short term rental owners, Mimi provided some practical advice as we launched our business. They are great when times are good, but their true value has been in the rare times there has been an issue. Mimi has addressed the issue promptly without my guest(s) knowing there was an issue. They are on the expensive side, but I am paying for peace of mind for my business.
