Was a guest at a friend’s daughters birthday party and was treated very poorly from the beginning. From my friend not getting correct information about birthday parties at this location to even being told we couldn’t sing happy birthday to a young child, our whole experience was ruined. My friend was told parties are NOT held at this location AT ALL, and was proved wrong when we walked in and saw party rooms available. Not very friendly
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Wonder 6 Playground in Pottsboro. About a month and a half ago, I went in specifically to ask about birthday parties for my daughter’s 4th birthday. I wanted to know what was included, the room options, and how to book. I was told very bluntly that they “don’t do parties anymore” at the Pottsboro location and that I would need to go to Arlington or Sherman.
