After waiting 8 wks for 10 new better grade (with grids) windows they came and removed an upstairs window, only to inform that the windows they ordered were measured wrong by their man. They said they could proceed with the downstairs windows as "they were close enough." I declined that offer - Scott, the manager called me and said he would reimburse me for my time and expense in removing all drapes, blinds and furniture- only if I reordered and would take 3-4 wks. nothing for my window which he nailed my window shut, brok... read more
