I went there today...put my 5$ in...high pressure water started....very large hole in hose no matter which way you held it you're getting sprayed. I kept on going though because I wasn't going to waste my $5 I was absolutely drenched when I was done If I catch a cold and have to go to the doctor I'll send you my bill.
I put in $10 for a wash on October 6th, 2024. Their machine ate my money - and no wash. I have called and spoken to the owner 3 times, who keeps promising me I'll be paid back. Yes, I filled out the form and have been polite on the phone. Do the right thing and pay me back. Not cool.
DON'T GO HERE. Their phone numbers are all disconnected!!! I put in $10 for a wash on Sunday October 6th and it took my money - nothing. I filled out the refund sheet, placed it in the box for a refund, and spoke to the owner on the phone, ***TWICE*** in two weeks. He said he would pay me back and never did. I am reaching out to the City of Platteville and the Better Business Bureau next week. They should be shut down for taking people's money and disappearing.
This was the worse car wash I’ve used in over 20 years. Hand bay had absolutely no pressure. Spoke with the lady attendant and demonstrated the issue. She didn’t seem to care.
Neither vacuum works. Wasted my money.
