Loved this: 1. Two KING beds - rare in hotel/motel and they were really comfortable. 2. Huge room - plenty of space for 3-4 people 3. Two luggage racks and a low portion of desk we used to keep 3 suitcases off the ground 4. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of space for shampoo/soap 5. The properties are spread out at different location. We ended uo getting a room without seeing any view nearby and close to the main road. The room has musty smell. The bed and bathroom are okay. We heard very bad noise through the first night and felt vibration on the wall. Cannot get enough sleep before going to see sunrise at the park. Tried to talk to manager on the next day. She apparently not feeling sorry about what happened and blamed us not letting the front desk know first. She said they are fully booked and cannot... read more
Very clean, excellent service. Island Explorer has frequent stops here if you'd like to avoid trying to find parking in town or in the park. Great location if you want to avoid downtown!
Be sure to have breakfast at the Looking Glass restaurant. Our server,Angela, was awesome and the food was excellent.
They don’t have a clear pet friendly policy, I have an emotional support dog she has her ID for service dog, even thought I showed the ID they charge me for the 3 nights stay with my dog. They don’t have dog areas so the charge for $25 dólares is excessive.
