I had a great experience at Wonder Smiles by Novva. Booking was easy and clear, my flight was delayed and I missed my appointment and they still were able to accommodate me and fit me in within 2 days. The communication was clear and direct and i appreciate that with them being so busy, and being a growing company sometimes that can be hard! I LOVEEEEEEE my smile. My experience with Novva has been absolutely wonderful! From my consultation , first appointment removing previous veneers and last appointment with applying new set! I would recommend them any day ! Very professional, compassionate and efficient office !
Poor communication. No one answers the phones. I know several people who have tried to book a consultation & have not been successful because of the lack of communication. No one answers the phone at the office nor do they respond back to emails. I myself have dealt with this…. I would look for business elsewhere. There is no urgency in care.
