I called this business at about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon from about half hour away, travelling from Newfoundland back to Ontario. Our van had just started being noisy, and based on previous issues, I knew it was not a simple replacement part. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I brought it in, and within a half hour, they had welded up a crack on the cat converter pipe and added support as a temporary fix (no guarantees as to how long it would last).
