DO NOTTTTT GIVE THESE’S PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Jose Cruz the owner or manager is one of the most unprofessional human-beings I’ve come across. Including his “wife” Ivon she will lead his lies. Do not fall for her “kindness” they will steal your money!!!!!!! We waited for an apartment for over a year. We made sure to get our money back… The only person to respect or help us enough was 1 older man. I do not understand how they are still in business.
I would not recommend these guys to anybody took them about a year to pay me back the deposit I paid for looking for an apartment that was never found for me it took for me to make an complaint to N.Y.S. Department of State Division of Licensing Services complaint . If they are not doing what they are suppose to for you make a complaint they will contact you back immediately sad that it take a complaint for these people to do something
I wanted to follow up regarding the two-bedroom apartment I expressed interest in a while back. I appreciated Raul showing me the one-bedroom apartment at 230 East 222 St, but as I mentioned, it was quite small, more like a studio. Since I have not heard back in weeks and months from him, I have decided to pursue my two-bedroom voucher opportunities elsewhere. He never responded after I sent that message. He ignores and never responds. Thanks God I didn't give him any money!
