had them upgrade my panel last year. that went fine, they came on set day and finished on same day. price was fair. however, they never had SCE come back and do inspection or lock in meter. I tried called them twice never got answer. I admit I failed to follow up more. I ended up flagging down a SCE truck that was at neighbors and guy was nice enough to look at panel after I explained what happen he asked if it had been inspected.
