Quite possibly the LAST honest and fair mechanic on Long Island - ed is incredibly diligent , transparent about the cars needs and has the customers best interest at heart. The affordability is unmatched for such high quality service! Im moving to Suffolk in a month and still intend on bringing my car here for everything! Can’t recommend them enough!
Eddie and his Wonderama team are exceptional! He is extremely nice and honest, and does his best to resolve any car issues. Eddie is very knowledgeable and always takes his time to make sure you are heard and that all of your questions are answered. My family and I are grateful to have such a wonderful mechanic that we trust immensely!
Owner is nice, can't say the same for everyone else. Lack of professionalism to me and my wife. I don't recommend.
I came here thinking the reviews are great and referred to by a family member. However, very unprofessional and disorganized. I could not hear anything nor did we know where to leave our car when entering. My husband and I were not okay with how we were treated. Other than the owner, the rest of the workers did not tell us details about our inspection/if we needed anything going forward. I would not recommend going here and we do not appreciate the rudeness/unprofessionalism.
Wonderama has always been my go to shop. They always do the work in a timely fashion, efficient, and most of all honest about any issues I’ve had about the Car. Ed, the owner is very hospitable and I highly recommend Wonderama if you have any issues with your car.
