When that discrepancy was brought to your attention, you deflected and said it was my responsibility as the consumer to read fine print, not trust the sales people that you hire. My experience was disappointing and not reflective of the level of service one should expect when purchasing a wedding dress. After the dress arrived with unexpected issues, I attempted to escalate my concerns multiple times, but received dismissive and unhelpful responses. The experience in store vs out of store is completely different. The sales associates will lie to you in order to get you to buy a dress, then when your dress arrives completely different than the dress you tried on in store, they tell you it’s not their fault. I’ve tried working with them in order to get this issue resolved, but they’re unapologetic about their deceptive practices and approach to dress selling. I had a great experience at Wona Bridal. The space is super nice and the dresses are absolutely beautiful. I did end up finding my dress here with the amazing help of my bridal stylist Annie so big shout out to her!! Overall I would definitely recommend!
This is a beautiful shop with some of the most incredible wedding dresses I've seen. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My stylist went above and beyond to curate an experience that made me feel comfortable.
