I have used won brothers products for many years, this was my favorite aquatic spot. In April 2019 the manifold cracked on my av-80 pump. I contacted the won brothers to purchase the piece I needed. I was told they don't make what I need. So I was sold the another pump at wholesale price which I was grateful for. In September 2019 there brand new pump just went completely out. I notified the company because I have a one year warranty. They said send it in to be checked out which was $35. I was informed that the pump had elec... read more
