"Too busy" was what I kept hearing from other HVAC companies. Wommack's was different. Polite, friendly, and willingly made time to service our unit and to keep it going. I was even offered a yearly discount plan to service our unit twice a year which I gladly accepted. I even received a detailed invoice showing what was checked on our unit. Wommack's really cares about their customers!

Our entire unit went out during a very hot period this summer, so I used our AHS subscription to put in a work order. AHS sent the dispatch to Wommack’s, and Teresa made sure that our service was completed ASAP. When AHS needed pictures to confirm, the team made sure to get them. When AHS was being slow to order the parts, Teresa called them as much as I did to ensure our unit was replaced.
