gooo i would tell all girls out there who dont like going to the gym because of all the guys, to definetly try this gym out. simply because there are NO guys here and you are there to workout with all girls and have no reason to feel uncomfortable.
Dedicated I visited the Lawrence W3 gym last week for the first time. I have been a dedicated member for over 10 years now. I have to say it is one of there most neglected gyms and yet despite that...after scoping out were everything was and planning my attack I got that familiar W3 vibe that I get from all the others. Comfortable to let go of my self consciousness I get from other gyms and able to get a great work out! I took there Piyo class...it was awesome! There is no better gym. An all womens gym Why would you want to work out anywhere else? The staff is very friendly. They helped me set up areobic classes and taught me to use the equipment. It is a nice place to work out. They stay open late for the swing shift workers. I really like the fact that its a womens only gym. This justs make working out easier.
