I had such a great experience at this women’s wellness center! The staff was so welcoming, and the wait time was very short—I was seen right away, which I really appreciated. Dr./Mrs. Laurie was absolutely amazing. She is so effective and provides excellent educational care, making sure her patients understand everything clearly. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. The whole process felt smooth, in and out, without feeling rushed. Mind you this was about 9 months ago before I found a better GYN called virtuoso. Kristen Collins is very unprofessional!!! She would not listen to me about pelvis pain because I mentioned that the pain shoots up to my abdomen once. She Said I was wasting her time and should of listened by not coming in to the appointment even though I still wanted to do some bloodwork as well. They tried to charge me a copay to ‘be established’ bc it’s a specialty, but I have Tricare and I looked everything up and I literally don’t have a copay for well women’s visits. He asked the doctor, and she just said I have to pay a copay Money grab here, I would stay away
