Great experience at Women’s Wellness Clinic! I saw Kaleigh for GYN care and she was wonderful, professional, and very easy to talk to. She took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this clinic!
I cannot recommend this office enough. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and quality of care I received was outstanding. The provider was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan. The staff was friendly and organized, and the appointment process was smooth from start to finish. I felt respected and supported every step of the way. Five stars all around.
I was directed to contact this location by their Idaho affiliate to speak with the billing manager, April, regarding a long-standing authorization error. My experience was shocking. Instead of providing administrative solutions, April was patronizing and told me to "calm down" when I expressed frustration about the month-long delay in my medical care. Such a great local medical office! The staff is kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I never feel rushed, and my questions are always answered. It’s rare to find care that feels this personal. Highly recommend!
