Arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early. Sat in the room for over 1 hour waiting for someone to come in and see me or at least let me know the Doctor is running late. No contact from anyone. By the time I decided to leave, there were literally 3 cars in the parking lot and everyone was closing up shop for the day. I've been a client there for several years. I will not be returning now.
I just love going here! Been going here for years. The doctors and nurses are always amazing and willing to help. I recommend this place to everyone definitely a 10/10 in service and always exceeds my expectations!!
I am a patient at Heartland. I just went to the women’s urgent care for the first time. I love that they’re open until 7. That’s was really convenient for me so I didn’t have to take off of work. Everyone there was great! I highly recommend them.
