Positive energy which is much needed when you're pregnant, very professional and always there to help you.
I’ve always had a great experience coming to this clinic which is why I chose to go here again for my second pregnancy despite other clinics being closer to my home. On my second visit for my 12w scan, they sent me to a different suite than usual. The receptionist had a horrible attitude. Anyone, including myself, who went up to the counter was not given a warm or kind greeting. Not even a “Hello”. Instead, we were met with “Are you waiting for something?”.
