February 2025 is when I was seen at this office. I AM CONTRACTED with this office through my insurance and came for medical purposes. This office requested $300 and failed to bill my insurance I have combated them MULTIPLE times to bill my insurance and get a refund I should have NEVER paid in the first place as I told them this at the initial office visit.
