I highly recommend this place. The staff provided excellent service during my visit. The wait time wasn’t long. I was treated with exceptional care, compassion, and attentiveness by the staff/nurse, Dr. Kim, and the resident physician. Very clear walkthrough in details on things I should be aware of. They were well prepared with my medical history, and the hospital had comprehensive facilities to handle nearly any situation on site. Dr. Turk recommended Pelvic Physical Therapy for me. I didn’t have a lot of hope it would help, yet I gave it a try. I called the office, made an appointment within less than 2-weeks I had my first appointment with Nneka Mowatt, PT DPT, who is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and has helped me beyond words. I was amazed the following day after my first appointment. Thank you Nneka!
Totally unresponsive (no email, no patient portal information and I couldn’t even get an answering machine!) and difficult to reach during regular business hours (called at 4pm and their line said they are closed and didn’t take voicemails). For the appointments themselves, they should offer a consult or share relevant information in advance of coming in person - there is no real consultation or explanation of potential services given until 5 minutes in advance when you have to decide on the spot which procedure options are ... read more
