Dr. Mass is an excellent doctor. She is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. She listens to you well. She never rushes you either. You feel like you are her only concern. The best gynecologist ever! I have seen her for over 13 years. Also, if you have a UTI, she retests you after an antibiotic has been completed to see if it has been resolved.
Dr. Mass provides top tier services. She is personable and truly cares for her patients. They staff is great also. Very caring and professional.
