Showed up for our ultrasound to find out the gender. Brought our 18 month old with us since we didn’t have childcare, and was informed just prior to going back for the ultrasound that children weren’t allowed. Nobody made that clear when we checked in or when we called for the appointment. I took off work to go to this appointment. Nobody should just know your policy unless it’s posted.
Been trying to call for days now and nobody picks up the phone. I waited 1.5 hours today on the phone and it hung up on me. Not very professional and this is upsetting because I’m trying to find a doctor while 6 weeks pregnant ://
It doesn't matter if you're a gather with custody and papers to prove it they're gonna treat the dad like he's second rate.
The services are very poor at this health care facility. I came in 20 minutes before my appointment at 2 and had to leave by 2:45 due to not being seen. No updates were provided and no one took vitals. Each visit they are under staffed and their is an hour wait. I would not recommend to anyone as they are so over booked you can not schedule appointments around your convenience so I have missed time at work and did not even see a doctor.
