I had no issues with Dr. Jacob, but the front office experience left a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand running a clinic can be difficult, but staff should still be competent, professional, and know their role without overstepping. Constant phone tag, poor communication, and paying over $90 for an appointment that felt unnecessary was very disappointing. Unfortunately, they lost a patient.

I want to give a full 5-star review to Dr.Jacob and the entire staff. Everyone in this office is incredibly cooperative, kind, and truly efficient. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and professionalism. The nurses, front desk team, and medical assistants all make the experience smooth and comfortable. I’m genuinely grateful for the care, patience, and respect they show to their patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and exceptional women’s healthcare.
