I’ve had repeated billing and communication issues with this office, and it’s been extremely frustrating. At multiple appointments, I’ve been told I owe copays that should not apply—especially when my previous OBGYN visits did not require them under the same insurance. I was a patient at this office during my second pregnancy and was due May 21, 2025. In March 2025, I experienced a brief lapse in insurance coverage due to an address change. As a result, this office discharged me from care for “non-insurance payment.” A couple of weeks after receiving the discharge letter, I received my Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which clearly showed that my last visit had already been paid in full by my insurance. Pésima atención
Worse service I have ever experienced. The first thing red flag was this place asked for my social security card, then they asked for me take a picture of me and what took the cake was trying to force me into signing a form to perform an Ultra sound. Be careful with this office .
