My first appointment I had in May was great with my first Gyno Dr until the recent visit last month with a different Dr. I am shocked that a place that it takes two weeks to get scheduled would turn decline the Colscopy when they had everything ready for ot to replace it with a pelvic exam when thats not what I was schedule for. I just delivered my first baby, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Valdez. My labor and delivery did not go as planned, and we ultimately needed a Cesarean. We were incredibly lucky that Dr. Valdez happened to be on call and was able to deliver our baby. During such vulnerable and emotional moments, having a familiar face by my side was an incredible comfort. My first experience with Dr. Nelson was very unpleasant. She acted very condescending when I came in for my first initial appointment. She seemed upset that she had to do an ultrasound on me and when not being able to see the baby had to do a transvaginal ultrasound on me and was huffing and puffing about it (I didn’t know I was only 4 weeks pregnant baby wasn’t visible) and then continued to tell me how I could possibly be having a chemical pregnancy that there might not be a baby(which is totally valid as my doctor she nee... read more
WORST DOCTORS EVER! I have seen a couple of doctors at this facility and they both made my concerns feel unheard. All of the front office ladies are very sweet and professional. The first doctor that I saw was Dr. Moya. The first visit with her went well but it did feel a little rushed. I also felt like she didn't believe the amount of pain I was experiencing. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this one is for Dr. Connors. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an appointment. He was extremely patronizing and not listening to what I was saying at all. I ended up leaving extremely frustrated because of this. I was coming to him for help and he literally made me feel worse. Terrible experience. The woman at the front was very nice though.
