The MA, Liz, that took me back and got me checked in was extremely rude from the moment she called me back. Also was not impressed with Dr. Valdez at all. Very bad professional behavior.
Currently seeing Erika Solis-Gilmore she's really great! Also takes the time to answer my questions and gives me all the info I need plus more options if needed. She makes me feel so comfortable every visit. 🫶💖🙂

It was a positive experience. I was asked questions and the responses and actions indicative I was heard and they cared that I received the very best professional care in a prompt timeframe. It was refreshing to actually be heard and treated like they cared.
Had a procedure with Erika Solis-Gilmore & that was the first time I was treated by her. I ended up receiving some news that was scary to hear but she talked me through the entire procedure, possible treatment scenarios & made the whole interaction so comfortable. Wonderful doctor, I am sad to be moving because I wish I could continue going to her. You don’t find doctors that great everywhere!
