Currently a patient of Erika Solis-Gilmore she's wonderful!!! She's makes me feel comfortable she always answers my questions with the best advice and tips. She has been so helpful and so caring I appreciate her I never feel rushed I always feel welcomed. How ever the billing department and what ever lady or lady's run that didnt get names horrible customer/patient service and very rude attitudes!!. Had some insurance changes and a horrible experience dealing with them! thank goodness it was sorted out.
The MA, Liz, that took me back and got me checked in was extremely rude from the moment she called me back. Also was not impressed with Dr. Valdez at all. Very bad professional behavior.
Currently seeing Erika Solis-Gilmore she's really great! Also takes the time to answer my questions and gives me all the info I need plus more options if needed. She makes me feel so comfortable every visit. 🫶💖🙂
