It was a positive experience. I was asked questions and the responses and actions indicative I was heard and they cared that I received the very best professional care in a prompt timeframe. It was refreshing to actually be heard and treated like they cared.
Had a procedure with Erika Solis-Gilmore & that was the first time I was treated by her. I ended up receiving some news that was scary to hear but she talked me through the entire procedure, possible treatment scenarios & made the whole interaction so comfortable. Wonderful doctor, I am sad to be moving because I wish I could continue going to her. You don’t find doctors that great everywhere!
I have been giving WSNM my business for years and this year I would not recommend them for special cases such as irregular periods and PCOS or infertility. My doctor did not bother to call and tell me for the first time that I might have PCOS. The nurse called and diagnosed me based on the bloodwork and I cried after that phone call. All my doctor could say was that metformin, letrozole, or other pills might help.
