I love Dr. España. This is by no means a review of him but a review of his staff. It started with my first pregnancy, they incorrectly scheduled a telemed visit due to me having COVID in 2023. Dr. España never showed. I called them multiple times to see what was going on only to learn their office was closed and they scheduled my appointment incorrectly. Dear Dr. Jonathan España, Having my annual appointment canceled seven times is unacceptable. Today, while already on my way, I was informed through the hospital portal that it has been rescheduled to September 10. I consider this not only highly inconsiderate, but also a lack of respect for my time and commitment. Dr. Espana has been amazing with all three of my pregnancies.
Dr España is such an amazing doctor! But I can’t give the 5 stars because he don’t have the best assistants always is something trying to get an appointment with him… they need more training in customer service… They call you to cancel your appointment and don’t care to get you a new one and they don't care if you've been waiting 4 months for that day
