We had a scan here with Dr.Teoh yesterday afternoon. He went above and beyond throughout the scan to explain things in thorough detail, reassuring us about a few concerns we had. His level of knowledge and the care he has for his patients is exceptional. Not only was Dr.Teoh great but the reception staff are all extremely warm, welcoming and accomodating. Highly highly recommend this clinic! I had all my scans done with Ted and he was amazing! Always keeping me informed and explaining everything in simple terms so that my husband and I fully understood what was going on. The receptionists were all amazing and super helpful. Everyone here truly made my first pregnancy experience a good one! Would definitely be returning in the future.
I was referred to the Women's Scan room very early on in my pregnancy. Dr lufee wong attended me throughout my pregnancy. She was extremely professional and her attention to detail was commendable. Great facility with excellent staff.
This review is for the lovely receptionist Melissa, who was patient with my enquiries and understood the urgency of my situation. I’m sure Melissa hears of these issues/requests on repeat, but she still took the time to offer me options and solutions when other clinics simply turned me away. I had a wonderful experience of doing 11th week scan + NIPT in this centre on a day before new year eve today. Ample of free parking spaces along the curbs. The 2 receptionists are friendly and lovely! They explained to me about the NIPT fee prior proceeding . During the ultrasound scan, Dr Davina Tai was very gentle and she explained the procedure and findings without rush.
