The physician Luann that I see there is wonderful. However, I just got off the phone with the nurse Carol and she disgust me. She's a creep and she started looking through my chart while I was on the phone with her and began mocking me regarding my most recent visit there. I am absolutely reporting her and I want our phone call to be reviewed by someone higher up immediately. I can't even finish my how right now I'm so disgusted.
