I can’t say enough about how fantastic this office is. From the staff to the nurses and doctors. Very thorough and caring. I can tell they are invested in providing the best care. They take the time to address all your issues so you never feel like you’re just another patient. When I had a medical issue they did everything to get down to the bottom of it. Quick responses to portal messages. Dr. Bortz ihas been my primary care provider for years. I highly recommend her.
I am now writing an update to my last review which was 5 stars. Unfortunately, my worse fears came true. Once Coastal took over, then Brown University took over Coastal things went downhill very quickly. It's like a quota was given to the caregivers and instead of letting the providers give quality care, the were very rushed. Partly, I'm sure because so many had left. My provider stuck it out until 12/31 and is now waiting for her new office to be finished. She went to another group and I am following her. She us the best pr... read more
Im a bit dissapointed this morning. I had a 845 telehealth, I have been waiting online for 20 minutes, only to get a call to start checking me in and there is still one appointment ahead of me. Im sorry, my time is important too and if you are already backed up for the day, I can imagine how the rest will go. I had them reschedule, maybe it will help them get there day back in order.
I have been a patient with the primary physician care at this group for over a decade. Until now I had no issues and throughly enjoyed the ease in which I could see my care team across all specialty’s in one location. With the transition to Brown I’ve run into nothing but issues. It’s been almost 6-months and they have not reassigned a pcp. I’m sent in a loop to leave a voicemail with no call back. The new pcp they assigned me is also leaving and I received a letter telling me that now I can’t go to this location anymore aft... read more
Dr. Odom is, by far, the best PCP I have ever had. I have a complex medical history, and Dr. Odom always gives me the best care. She listens, explains conditions well, is very kind and compassionate, and always gives me as much time as I need in my appointments. I am also always given prompt appointments if I am sick, have detailed and thorough exams, is punctual, and provides both telehealth and in person visits. Most of all, she goes above and beyond for all of her patients. I feel so blessed to have her as my physician, a... read more
