Specialties: Women's Power House Boxing is a women's only boxing and women's fitness training club. The workout program is designed to introduce boxing and physical conditioning to individuals at all levels of experience and physical fitness. Participants engage in a total body workout which incorporates conditioning (strength and cardio) arm weights, cardio exercises and boxing technique. NO ONE should feel intimidated when they come to our gym as we work with each member at their individual pace. Established in 2017.

I only have positive things to say about Sandra and the way she runs her business. If you are looking for a highly motivated, approachable, energetic, and positive instructor and studio experience, you've found the right place. Sandra is patient and does a wonderful job explaining the movements and proper form. She is so energetic and positive that the hour long classes just fly by. I can already feel myself getting stronger. I will be attending a class with Christina this week. I hear she is just as great of an instructor. ... read more
