Where do I begin? These folks never sent over the prescription for the medication I needed until days later. I called, left messages and spoke to them. I was told it was sent over and the pharmacy stated it had not been. I was finally able to get my medication filled four days after my appointment. Also, no one called to tell me the results for the ultrasound I had, a week goes by and no word. I used to be a patient a long time ago and really liked the clinic. I just tried to schedule a new appointment, and was on hold forever until someone answered the phone. She then interrupted me million times, put me on hold repeatedly and then disconnected. She mentioned she was not in NJ so I assume the clinic is using some service for scheduling. It’s not working well and I will try a different clinic.

Dr. Mandel and the 2 amazing nurses, Amanda and [sorry, forgot her name] are exactly where they need to be. I went in terrified because of severe anxiety and was treated so softly and so kindly, it really made all of the difference. The 3 of them should honestly teach a class on bedside manners because they are exactly what the medical world needs. THEY ARE AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been a patient of Dr Neuwirth for 27 years and I cannot sing his praises enough! Kind, professional, compassionate, he just makes you feel at ease. I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing, qualified, patient doctor. TEN stars!! I have continuously recommended him to friends and family and even my daughter is his patient…that’s trust and comfort to the highest level. have never had a pleasant experience at this OBGYN office. The front desk staff is consistently dismissive, and they openly talk about patients while their desk windows are open — meaning everyone in the waiting room can hear. It's unprofessional and incredibly uncomfortable. Their phone system is almost impossible to get through. The prompts don't match what you actually need, and if you accidentally choose the wrong one, the person who answers won't help with even a simple question.
