Dr.Anderson is very sweet and professional. Ive been seeing her 25+ years . Personality shines like the sun. Very down to earth. I wish her and the staff the best. Each time I attend the service is outstanding. They made sure your appointment stays within scheduled. Gets you in and out within a timely matter. Dr. Anderson always showing that she cares and is concerned about your well being. I have much for the entire staff.
This is the worst medical office ever. All the employees are rude. Called to change over doctor and told the receptionist that I have called three times this week. I was told two times that a manager will call me to discuss called a 3rd time and that's when a message was relayed she was on vacation. I would have been ok with the answer if the receptionist was not rude. I asked to be transferred to a different office because this has been a constant issue. I recently became a patient at this clinic and I’m very happy with Dr. Dafalla, the nurses, and the entire WPG staff. Dr. Dafalla truly listens and understands your needs. The nurses are always kind and quick to respond, whether by phone or through the patient portal. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can’t bring younger kids to appointments, which can be a bit challenging for stay-at-home moms. I just schedule visits when my husband is home. Was referred to Dr Engle, My wife has huge mad on her uterus and we were led to believe the surgery was urgent within the 2 weeks of our initial visit, a surgery packet was given, i added her to my insurance which was acknowledged, and they claimed the called us repeatedly for some reason using some wrong number, even tho someone else in the office called us to bump us up a few hours. then before leaving for a 2 hour drive we called to confirm surgery only for them to say it was the pre-op visit??? which we already did.
