I want to be clear: this review has nothing to do with provider care. I received wonderful care from all providers while I was patient here. However, I will never return because of their customer service. I work a job where sometimes things arise and it makes me a tiny bit late. I was 6 minutes late for my procedure and they told me I too late, scolded me, and told me they already moved on to the next patient. I recieved Botox for the first time, went for my follow up and needed more injections because nothing really changed as far as my areas of concern were. Under eye, forehead, 11’s and crows lines. After a couple of weeks my forehead smoothed out but just the bottom half. For the first time I had bags under my eyes with more noticeable wrinkles and new wrinkles on the sides of the bridge of my nose. Very disappointing. Edit: I received 3 calls today from them. One from Dr. WILLIAMS' assistant who said she never received my original voicemail (but she received my pissed off one... 🤔 doubtful since I left them exactly the same.) 2nd from Blanca and I have no Idea why she is involved now but she claims the receptionist was nothing but kind and professional because she 'listened to the call on the recording'. I have been a patient at this office for years.. I mean decades. I thought they actually cared for their patients and have recommended people to them. NEVER again. I had a bladder suspension surgery a few years ago and it was a successful surgery and was very happy with no issues. Last week I had my first UTI since that surgery. It started just like an ordinary UTI I knew exactly what it was and went to my PCP and received cipro for it.
