Expect to be waiting a long time even after your appointment time. Making an appointment is pretty much just for the day. If you have an appointment time set for 10am you most likely won’t even get seen until 11am which is ridiculous . They are hard to contact directly by phone so MyChart is the best but you might have to wait a few days for a reply.
I really like how friendly the staff is with me, and the OB/GYNs are very friendly, sweet and caring.
Today my wife and I arrived on time, we logged in to the hospital machine and we waited patiently for more than an hour, but some patients who arrived later than us saw the doctor before we did, because they checked in at the reception desk. I mean, if the reception desk check in faster than the machine check in, what's the use of the machine? Or is it the laziness of the front desk staff?
