Not a fake review, promise. 4 stars bc you will irrevocably have to wait. There is so many folks waiting bc they encounter such high volume of patients. Let’s all be reasonable with our expectations. Besides that, the quality of care I received was beyond my expectations. Medical staff was efficient with their time with me. I felt quality was very good and I got everything that I needed and all my questions answered during my first check up. Expect to be waiting a long time even after your appointment time. Making an appointment is pretty much just for the day. If you have an appointment time set for 10am you most likely won’t even get seen until 11am which is ridiculous . They are hard to contact directly by phone so MyChart is the best but you might have to wait a few days for a reply.
I really like how friendly the staff is with me, and the OB/GYNs are very friendly, sweet and caring.
