The front desk lady (Amy) has an absolute terrible attitude yelling at people when they don’t hear her say you can come out and gets mad and yells even louder and gives rude looks just bad attitude and makes it a bad experience being here no one wants to wait on a baby and listen to attitude nor have one and deal with an attitude.

I have had three children in two different places. This was the second place That I’ve had my last and I have to say one of the best experiences I’ve had! easy labor. All the nurses were very understanding very attentive. They stayed in the room more than usual in converse and actually made me feel like they care. I wasn’t just another patient.
This place is very terrible and unwelcoming the staff is even worse and very pushy. They do not have any drive or confidence for the work they do and The patients are the ones dealing with the consequences from the abilities that the whole staff lacks and fail to realize. I would not recommend coming here at all.
