My wife had her baby a week ago and I can't complain about this hospital. It is the best hospital we are from NY and not even there did we get the proper care or attention that was needed and that should have been provided. The staff and nurses and even the doctor here was amazing and very helpful through the whole process of my wife's labor and even after her labor before we were discharged.
The only person that saw my baby was a nurse practitioner. A doctor never touched my child, and he was discharged in heart failure. Do not deliver your babies here go to a hospital where if something is wrong at birth, they can actually pick up on it. This hospital doesn’t even provide echocardiograms to infants.
The front desk lady (Amy) has an absolute terrible attitude yelling at people when they don’t hear her say you can come out and gets mad and yells even louder and gives rude looks just bad attitude and makes it a bad experience being here no one wants to wait on a baby and listen to attitude nor have one and deal with an attitude.

I have had three children in two different places. This was the second place That I’ve had my last and I have to say one of the best experiences I’ve had! easy labor. All the nurses were very understanding very attentive. They stayed in the room more than usual in converse and actually made me feel like they care. I wasn’t just another patient.
