My friend had just had a baby & the doctors only gave her IB Profin only for pain. The nurse wouldn’t allow my friend to go outside for a smoke. We were trying to rest in the middle of the night and the security came inside to search the room while everyone was asleep. I was treated like a criminal in and around the hospital as a visitor. If you are a mother trying to decide which hospital you need for your baby do not come here because their bedside manner is not the best.
Hello everyone reading my review I normally wouldn’t leave a review but I just felt like it’s necessary. So I would like to say that my labor and delivery nurses were by far the BEST kind hearted people. One of those nurses that helped me through my birth was KARA she was the absolute best! Very sweet and very patient. If I could I’d give her 100 stars the way she took care of me! And one more nurse that I have to say took very good care of me and my baby is Emilie! Dirty, gross, and unprofessional. Heard a nurse complain about having to do her job. Other staff were having inappropriate conversations. I love Dr Nguyen but this place wasn’t worth delivering a precious life. I went to a more humane hospital.
I'm literally in the hospital waiting room right now. My daughter in law needed to be here at 630 to have her c- section at 930. It is now 10am and we are still sitting in the waiting area. This is not acceptable. I have never experienced anything like this and there has been no explanation as to why she is still sitting here. Customer service is everything. As a nurse myself and one that is big about customer service, this is totally unacceptable.
