One of the best doctors offices I’ve been to. Front desk staff was amazingly nice. Dr. Knox was one of few doctors that have ever wanted to have a sit down conversation to chat about my health that latest more than two seconds. Would highly recommend to any person looking for any will be.
I have has years of excellent care with Dr. Knox and Nurse Practitioner Kelly. I find staff helpful and personable.
I saw Dr. Marki Knox. The billing process is very deceptive. I went in for an annual women’s wellness visit, which should have been fully covered by my insurance. However, I was charged more than $500+ in total ($100 office visit which they did not disclose upfront, received another $100 bill from my insurance for this visit, and another $300 from Quest lab) because they incorrectly billed it as an office special visit and submitted non-preventative codes to my insurance. I loved this place when dr. Leon was here but now it’s not worth the rude front desk staff and doctors with no bedside manners. Going to the doctor is not fun sorry if I didn’t come in with a smile on my face. Doctors need to recognize that people are going through traumatic experience and need to come at their patients with grace no matter their attitude. Dr Leon was also on time and now if you have time to wait for 30 minutes in a waiting room then this is your place.
