One of the best doctors offices I’ve been to. Front desk staff was amazingly nice. Dr. Knox was one of few doctors that have ever wanted to have a sit down conversation to chat about my health that latest more than two seconds. Would highly recommend to any person looking for any will be.
I have has years of excellent care with Dr. Knox and Nurse Practitioner Kelly. I find staff helpful and personable.
I saw Dr. Marki Knox. The billing process is very deceptive. I went in for an annual women’s wellness visit, which should have been fully covered by my insurance. However, I was charged more than $500+ in total ($100 office visit which they did not disclose upfront, received another $100 bill from my insurance for this visit, and another $300 from Quest lab) because they incorrectly billed it as an office special visit and submitted non-preventative codes to my insurance.
