Have never actually seen the doctor associated with this office. The APN who does see me acts like it's an inconvenience that I am even there. I see many others commented on the office staff but they are great compared to the medical staff
The front desk staff are most professional. They are kind, friendly and courteous. They do not mind answering your questions to put ones mind at ease. If they do not know the answer they will find the answer and get back to you. The Nurses and Doctor's are compassionate, patient and are understanding of all your needs. Receptionist is beyond rude, talks to you with disrespect and makes you feel retarded. Called in to ask if I could refill my birth control a couple days before my annual and she immediately shut me out in the rudest tone. I don't think she realIzes the offices reputation is built strongly off phone call experience and first conversation at office both things she's terrible at...
