Horrendous customer service. I have been a patient for over 5 years and when I called to make an annual wellness exam appointment, the scheduler (Chloe) treated me like some indigent. First, she claimed I didn't have insurance (I've had the same policy for a decade and it's in their system). Then she informed me that they can't accept insurance that was issued by BCBS of SC, which is nonsense.
