I had been calling & calling to get an appointment because the health department & friends reccomended & it was close. Got a call back & was told they're not accepting new patients who are delivering before July 2021 which is really weird. My due date is around May. She didn't really apologize was kinda just like "yeah ok". So just a heads up for any other women looking for an ob-gyn may wanna skip this place. Was pretty upset because I did research & seemed like a great group.

We’re sorry you couldn’t be seen. Sometimes our slots for patients who have never been to our practice fill. We will always make room for our existing patients and referrals directly from medical providers. We limit our numbers in order that every patients receives the best possible care from providers who are focused on them when they need it. We wish you the best with your pregnancy.
Unprofessional Refused to see me after coming to an appointment. Why. I didn’t wear a mask that I was told was optional. Told 3 times it was optional. Yet a black female employee wearing pink scrubs was not wearing a mask walking through waiting room and behind the counter. Two separate times. The manager at first excused her saying she was getting more masks. So -that doesn’t answer the question of why she was not wearing one. You can’t pick and choose. Oh wait. I guess you can. Worst experience. I wanted to transfer to a smaller practice and heard nothing but good things about Women’s Medical Center. I had 1 appointment and the NP (Caesar) was great, but I never received any results. When I get an at home positive pregnancy test and wanted to make an appointment to confirm, I was never called back. I left voicemails and called for Two weeks. I was hung up on TWICE and never called back. I am now 6 months pregnant and I still never received a phone call back or results from my first appointment. Nee... read more

Worst customer service ever! Phone calls just go to VM. Finally get someone on the phone and I get transferred. The second person just transfers me again. And I get sent to a VM! Its been about 20 mins and I cant make an appointment.
