I am pretty amazed at how dismissive, rude, and the complete unwillingness to assist me the woman who answered the phone was here. I was first placed on hold, and then when she returned i was trying to tell her i am overdue for a general wellness exam etc and that i would be a new patient and needed to see if they accepted my insurance. Doctor Horsley and all of her staff are truly amazing. I had medical conditions making it very hard for me to get and stay pregnant to full twrm. I was in a very dark place during the time I met Dr Horsley. I just by chance met her during an ectopic pregnancy that was causing me severe pain. After she treated me in the emergency room for the ectopic, she continues to be very informative and considerate.
