This review is not base on Dr. Rajalar’s profession. I chose him because of his strong reputation, experience, and multiple recommendations, and the doctor himself is technically skilled and very knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately, the clinic management and patient communication have been extremely disappointing throughout my pregnancy. Dr Rajala is absolutely AMAZING! Referred to me by a friend who’s now teenage he delivered years ago! He is very kind, listens to me, & is informative! However, his referral coordinator/nurse- Yesenia is very … unkind.. unprofessional.. & not accommodating at all. Even when it’s her job/responsibility. It’s really hard to deal with this pregnant & it’s a lot of back n forth because she is the only one that will handle “breastpump equipment prescriptions.” She interrupts me constantly when I’m just asking or explaining, she h... read more

I hereby file a formal complaint against Dr. Bruce Rajala DO from Women;s Medical Association of North Texas, who provided medical care during pregnancy of my client. I believe that Dr. Bruce's actions and decisions constitute gross medical negligence that had tragic consequences. I respectfully request that the Texas Medical Board investigate this case as soon as possible and take appropriate action within its authority.
