This is a wonderful team of doctors - all of which care a great deal about their patients and are awesome to work with! Dr. Mackey delivered my first baby six months ago and the whole team provided the highest quality of care. Highly recommend them!
I saw Dr Cassidy and nurse shea and personally dealt with the administrator after the nurse chose to put me in my place over a kind request to resubmit my insurance claim. Dr Cassidy ordered a test and incorrectly coded it and refused to correct it. The nurse was condescending and implied I was a liar and trying to commit insurance fraud. You aren't allowed to speak to the dr "she doesnt do that". I love Dr. Yu and her nurse Emily! Dr. Yu has been my OBGYN since I was a teen (I'm 31 now) and she has helped me through some medical issues with endometriosis and interstitial cystitis as well as uterine fibroids. She has performed three successful surgeries for me and I trust her with my life! She's kind and compassionate as is her nurse Emily!
